Who is eligible to use the Arthrex Medical Center?

Services are available to Arthrex employees and eligible family members 2 years and older. Employees and dependents who are eligible for the Arthrex medical insurance plan may access any of the four AMC locations. Even if you choose not to enroll in the Arthrex medical insurance plan but are still eligible for coverage, you may still access any of the AMC locations for medical care. Eligible employees and dependents may receive care at any of the four AMC locations.

Who is not eligible to use the Arthrex Medical Center?

Employees and/or dependents enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid are not eligible to use the AMC. Household members who are not eligible to be enrolled in the Arthrex medical insurance plan through BCBS are not eligible to use the AMCs. Members of the general public who are not eligible Arthrex employees or dependents are not eligible to use the AMCs.
