  • Why is Arthrex providing this service?

    Arthrex recognizes that many individuals do not receive the personal medical attention they need to treat or prevent illness. By providing a convenient medical center focused on providing high quality, personalized care, we hope to encourage better overall health and well-being. This benefit provides convenience to our employees and ultimately lowers health care costs for all of us.

  • How much will it cost?

    Services rendered on-site at the Arthrex Medical Center will be at no cost to you. There is no co-pay required to receive services.

  • For what services will there be a charge?

    Anytime that you have blood work performed or undergo a diagnostic test off-site, such as an X-ray or MRI, you may be contacted by your insurance company for a co-pay.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Our goal is to minimize wait times and assure the highest level of confidentiality. For that reason, appointments are preferred and may be scheduled via telephone by calling the medical center 591-1488.

  • What can I expect when I call for after hours or emergencies?

    You may call after hours at which time you will be prompted to leave a message with a messaging service. A member of the staff will be paged and will return your call to assist you in determining the appropriate course of care. This may include referrals to a hospital or walk-in clinic, or visit the following day to the medical center.

  • Can I make an appointment or ask a question via email?

    To maintain the highest level of confidentiality, we prefer you not use email to schedule appointments or respond to medical questions.

  • What if I like my current physician and do not want to change?

    There is no requirement to utilize the Arthrex Medical Center, however, it has been created with you in mind. It is close, fast, friendly and state-of-the-art.

  • Who is responsible for services provided outside of the Arthrex Medical Center?

    Medical visits outside of the Arthrex Medical Center will be covered by your insurance plan.

  • Will my personal medical information be shared with my supervisor or management at Arthrex?

    No, this is your private medical information and we will treat it as such. To maintain confidentiality, the Arthrex Medical Center's computers and phone systems are not connected to the Arthrex network.

  • What if I go to the Medical Center during my work shift?

    If you are a non-exempt employee, inform your supervisor when you are leaving, clock out and charge the time as you would for attending any doctor appointment.
